Miss Llewelyn Davies,
Broad How,
Patterdale,
Penrith,
Cumberland.

Dear Miss Llewelyn-Davies,

Thank you for your post card and order for 12 copies of Life As We Have Known It. I am enclosing 5 copies which I am afraid is all that we have left now. We still have 350 sheets, but Mr. Lehmann regrets that with thepresent [sic] difficulties and shortage of binding materials it will not be possible for us to bind these up until after the war. If you would care to have any of these unbound copies we shall be pleased to send the sheets to you.

Yours sincerely,
