Dear Mr. Lehmann:

Many thanks for your letter of March sixth with the quotation for sheets of Mr. Woolf’s ESSAYS ON LITERATURE, etc. The customer whose interest caused us to make the inquiry, has decided, on finding that the book is still in print with you, that he would prefer to get copies of the English edition from time to time as required. We shall not be able, therefore, to send you an order.

Yours faithfully | Donald Brace [handwritten signature]
