Woolf discusses the rights requested by Double Day Doran and that she does not have to give Canadian rights to her American publisher but that if she doesn't Curtis Brown will not receive any commission on Canadian sales. He discusses how he feels about sharing the market with Double Day Doran. He asks for her to inform him of her decision so that he can let his agents know.
