Dear Madam,

 

On June 27th you wrote stating that about 300 copies of Virginia Woolf's TO THE LIGHTHOUSE would be required for the October term in Sydney University. On receipt we ' [sic] phoned accepting this and asked for your firm order. This has so far not come to hand and we regret now that this title is no longer in stock and that there is no hope of stock being available by the 30th October at which date you require the books.
