Letter from The Hogarth Press to Edward Garnett (25/05/1932)

Library:

University of Reading, Special Collections

The Hogarth Press Assistant Secretary informs Edward Garnett that the ending of "Cheerful Weather for the Wedding" is enclosed, as Julia Strachey had thought it was omitted from the copy previously sent. The ending starts after "He heard Mrs. Thatcham shouting cheerfully into the telephone".  At the bottom of the letter there is a typescript note that the author wants to be named Julia Strachey, not Geraldine Taylor.
