Mr. Joseph Brewer,
Payson & Clarke Ltd.
6 East 53rd Street,
New York.

October 24th 1927.

Dear Mr. Brewer,

C.H.B KITCHIN. STREAMERS WAVING. MR BALCONY.

I am afraid we could not let you have sheets of STREAMERS WAVING, as the type has already been distributed, but we could let you have the rights for America for a 10% royalty with an advance of £15 on publication.

We would let you have 1000 sheets of MR. BALCONY @ 1/2.  I hope very much you may decide to do these two books in America.  MR BALCONY continues to get extremely good reviews here.

Yours sincerely | Manager | THE HOGARTH PRESS
