A ROOM OF ONE’S OWN: I have given Miss Newman the whole position by ‘phone and they are not so much concerned with the claim as with the resulting shorta ge[sic] of nearly a ream of apaper. They also doubt whether the paper makers can replace, but will find out at once and quite <possibly> will write to you direct. They will probably reduce the edition by about 30 copies so that they would only need to reprint one signature (G and H.) For that purpose I take it that 320 sheets would be sufficient, if procurable. They will let us know as quickly as possible, the value of the paper involved and will arrange for it to be invoiced to us when it is has been despatched[.]
