Letter from John Lehmann to The Garden City Press (08/12/1931)

John Lehmann, manager, asks the Garden City Press for an estimate of printing 2000, 3000, and 4000 copies of A Letter to W.B. Yeats as a 32-page pamphlet. Lehmann hopes the letter can be published alongside other letters, and asks the Garden City Press if they can deliver advance copies by December 28. He asks for proofs of the enclosed cover as well.
