Dear Mr. Woolf,

Some weeks ago I wrote about an enquiry from Bulgaria concerning the translation of my "Complete Story of the L[eague] of N[ations]" from a Mr. Mishaikoff[?]*1. On recommendation from your office I asked Mr. Mishaikoff[?] to find a publisher, who might approach you. I enclose the result.

Will you kindly write to Mr. Tschipeff explaining that I have passed on his letter to you, & sending him the English copy for which he asks?

The delay since he wrote is due to my having been in Geneva till last night, & I have not replied to him.

Yours sincerely, | K[athleen].E[lizabeth]. Innes.
