Letter from Gaston Gallimard at Librairie Gallimard to The Hogarth Press (03/01/1927)

Library:

University of Reading, Special Collections

Gallimard writes to The Hogarth Press that 15% on sales of Jacob's Room is too high—would reduce advertising or detrimentally increase sale price—and asks for 10% (including translator's rights). Gallimard also says that he would be ready to offer same conditions on Mrs. Dalloway. Typescript letter. Signed by Gaston Gallimard.
