Leonard Woolf informs Donald Brace that he has sent a cable regarding the jacket for 'The Waves'. Woolf has decided to publish on October the 1st and informs Brace due to an election, 'The Waves" may be postponed until spring or rush the book. The reasons for postponing are due to the election's uncertainty, and if the publication may be involved.
