Normal Leys discusses still-to-be decided points regarding publication: the number of copies, the question of including an index, and how the price may affect sales and potential audiences. Leys indicates the key target audiences - policy/decision makers - in London and Africa he would like the text to reach, as well as secondary audiences, and whether readers in public and private libraries are likely to be influenced by the book. He asks if Virginia Woolf has an opinion. Leys also states that he has started an index.
