Reverend Charles Freer Andrews dictates a letter to let Leys know that he is working on an opium report for the League of Nations. He also informs Leys that he now has review copies, and that he will do his best to get them in the very best hands. He goes on to tell him who he is writing to in the hopes that they will stock it. He finishes by discussing a lecture given by Sir Harry Johnston.
