W.W.Maclachlan Esq. M.A.
The Secretary,
Foreign Missions Committee of the Church of Scotland,
22, Queen Street,
EDINBURGH.

January 21st 1925.

Dear Sir,

Dr. Norman Leys, who has recently written a book on Kenya which has created some stir, has sent us your name and suggested that we should ask you whether it would be possible for you to send out circulars of the book (I enclose one for you to see) to members of your committee. We would, of course, pay all expenses, including a clerk's time for addressing envelopes, etc. He suggests also that the Colonial Committee might have them.

We should be very much obliged if you would be so good as to help us in this matter.

Yours faithfully | THE HOGARTH PRESS | Manager
