Robert Cecil informs Leonard Woolf that he likes Woolf's suggestion, and asks when Woolf needs the pamphlet. Cecil also asks if Woolf could consider the former arranging someone else to make a draft for Cecil, and for him to make alterations if he has the time to do it.
