Frances Phillips informs Leonard Woolf that William Morrow & Company Inc. is interested in Cheerful Weather for the Wedding, which was reviewed in the London Times on October 13. Phillips asks if American rights are available, and if so, the Company will consider it for publication. He additionally requests that if the Hogarth Press holds these rights, then for the Press to send the Company some of the book; if the Press doesn't hold the rights, then Phillips requests that the Press inform of the Company's interest to the agent that does hold the rights.
