Publishers Karl Rauch Verlag writes to ask if The Hogarth Press will allow a German translation of 'The Patron and the Crocus' to appear in a bilingual published volume of essays (including the English). He explains that he has done this previously with French essays and publishers have allowed him to do so free of charge, due to its cultural significance.
