Description
William Maxwell, Managing Director, informs The Hogarth Press that Sado will be about 276 pages, and includes estimated costs for 1200 and 1500 copies. Maxwell states R. & R. Clark can have the proofs out within 3 weeks, with the printed sheets ready to deliver in 2-3 weeks from receiving the proofs back for the press. The early copies can go 1-2 days in advance. A handwritten note that this letter refers to Plomer's Sado.
